Coleman’s missionary Blessing, what family remembered

Grandma
I didn’t have a pen but here is the little bit I remember.   Coleman will speak with the voice of angels.   He will learn the language. The Holy Ghost will be with him.   He will be protected from harm.   There was so much more,   I wished I had a pen.

Mom
He would speak with the voice of an angel. He will stand out and people would notice him, and be drawn to him.  They would be drawn to his happiness. He would learn the language and it will flow out of him. He would speak with authority and love. When he had hard times he would feel his moms prayers for him. He wouldn’t have any hardship he couldn’t handle. He would be protected from satan’s temptations.  He would build a strong testimony and it would be a foundation of his life. He would find a wife that loved him for him. He would have children and their life would be built on his strong foundation and belief in the gospel. He would love the people of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico would always hold a piece of his heart no matter how far away he was.

Dad
He will teach in busses, homes, and churches.

Josh’s Fam
Some things that stood out to each of us from Coleman’s blessing:
Stratton noted that you were blessed that the “the language would come, that Spanish would flow.”
Joshua was impressed that you were blessed to understand that there will be times when “you will go off-script by direction of the Holy Ghost.”
Wendy and Josh both felt it was important that you were blessed with with a growing love for the people you will serve; that “you will see in them your family, your brothers, your sisters”  and that you “will marvel at the love you feel for them.”
Wendy noted the special gift that you were blessed to feel the love and prayers of your family during hard times—especially those “prayers of your Mother ascending to Heaven and strengthening you during your hours of need.”
